Become a Vendor

Requirements
  • All vendors pay a $25 annual membership fee.

  • Temporary vendors pay $15 per space, per week.

  • Permanent vendors pay a $130 per space, per quarter. 

  • Produce vendors shall reside within the State of New Mexico.

  • Prepared food vendors must reside in Dona Ana County.

  • All Artisan/Craft vendors must reside in one of the following Counties: Dona Ana, Otero, Luna, Sierra, Grant. 

  • All Artisan/Craft/Food vendors must have a CRS Tax ID. Only produce vendors are exempt.

  • All items sold must be made or produced by the seller. Resale is strictly prohibited. 

  • Follow any and all applicable City of Las Cruces, Doña Ana County, and State of New Mexico licensing and regulatory requirements (A table of these requirements is provided within our Policies and Procedures

Please review the complete Policies and Procedures before submitting an orientation request. If you do qualify and all applicable permits, licenses, etc have been obtained, you can submit your info using the contact us box located at the menu above. Please be sure to list what you intend to vend.
